About Agent Axis

Most CRMs are written for a different business and bent into shape for insurance. Agent Axis starts from the way an agency actually works: leads come in, agents dial and text, appointments get booked, and follow-up has to happen without anyone remembering to do it.

It is built for agencies selling final expense, veteran market and supplemental life products, including agencies running downlines across multiple teams. It is not built for P&C personal lines or Medicare AEP compliance workflows.

Agent Axis is built by an agency owner for his own setters and closers, which is why dialing, texting and the compliance work around them live in the same place as the contact record.
